New clients using our online system should complete the “New Client Questionnaire“. After it has been reviewed by our office (within one (1) business day), a staff member will contact you. Existing clients who are new to online booking should click on “Existing Client Booking” and click on “forgot password”. Your default password will then be emailed to you.

Privileged Pets is bonded and insured for your protection, veterinarian recommended, and are members of the following organizations: Pet Sitters International, The Humane Society, Texas Narcotic Officers Association, National Narcotic Dog Association & Texas Municipal Police Officers Association.
Based in Katy, Texas, Privileged Pets has served the Katy, Houston and surrounding areas since 1995 and offers a wide range of services. Fiona along with Ashley Cavell, R.N. , Hollie Miller, Desiree Brown, Cissy Smither, Brad Bates, R.N. CHPN, Meridith Wehrle, Amanda Rose, Kristina Shackleford, Amanda Poole, & Joyce Falknor have have over 100 years combined experience with animals ranging from whelping bitches & nursing puppies, mares & foals to specialized experience with search and rescue and police K-9′s.
Privileged Pets was runner up in 1997 for Pet Sitters International’s “Pet Sitter of the Year” award. In 2011 they were voted #1 Home Pet Care company by the readers of Houston Pet Talk magazine.
Annually Privileged Pets participates with a number of charitable organizations by donating services to silent auctions that benefit either local scholarships or provide shelter and food for rescued animals; Houston Metro Go Texan Committee, Citizens for Animal Protection, Katy FFA, and Greyhound Pets of America are among those organizations.
