Q. How can a concierge help me?
A. : A concierge is available to assist you with your everyday tasks and errands, to plan a dinner party or your child’s birthday celebration. We are here to help you with both big and small tasks – just call on us and we’ll help you organize, streamline and balance your life.


Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We accept personal checks, American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.

Q. Will my credit card be charged as a deposit?
A. No, we will only charge your credit card if we do not receive payment for services rendered upon completion.

Q. How much do you charge for your services?
A. Our price is $47.00 per hour, with a one hour minimum. We also offer monthly membership packages.

Monthly Membership Package
Clients have the option to purchase a customized monthly membership package. Hours may be purchased at the beginning of each month at $43/hour with a minimum of 8 hours being purchased ($344/month).

Q. Pricing
A. There is a minimum of a one hour charge for all services completed.  Fees are then calculated by 15 minute intervals after the first hour; e.g. an errand that takes one hour and 15 minutes will cost $58.75


• Personal Assistant Services – $47/hour

All jobs requiring two people (ie. moving furniture) are billed at double time.
All travel time associated with client projects is billed to client at above rates.
Q. Is your company bonded and insured?
A. Yes, we are bonded and insured.


Q. Are materials, expenses and taxes included in your hourly rate?
A. No, the client is responsible for paying all additional charges on top of the hourly rate.

Q: How will I know what additional service charges are?
A: Consider it done will provide receipts for all hourly charges and all additional service charges upon completion of service.
